We are a small building with 3 storeys in the old town area. If you are traveling with family, the adjoining/ connecting rooms are not available at our property. We do not guarantee that the rooms can be next to each other or not. (It's subject to availability) However, we will try our best for your stay!
DAILY OPERATION TIMES & FACILITIES:
Check-in > start 14.00 - 00.00 hrs.
Check-out > Before 12.00 hrs.
Receptionist is 24 hrs. service.
Breakfast is open 07.00 - 11.00 hrs. at Grandma’s house.
Complimentary coffee from 07.00-14.00 hrs. at Grandma’s house.
Housekeeping is available from 09.00 - 17.00 hrs.(Room cleaning)
Swimming pool is open 07.00 - 20.00 hrs.

ROOM CAPACITY:
The room package is for 2 persons each room for an additional person as follow;
0-1 year old > Crib (cot) by request: Free
2-11 years old > An extra bed by request : THB 800 per child per night.
12 + years old > An extra bed by request : THB 1000 per person per night with free breakfast
**Only one extra bed can be added for all room types**
Travelers entering Thailand are not required to show Proof of Vaccination or COVID-19 test results. All travelers can freely travel to Thailand without any COVID restrictions.
Travelers are not required to obtain a Thailand Pass or Certificate of Entry (COE). There is no need to download any mobile app.
Travel Insurance is still highly recommended when you travel to Thailand.
