• Children aged between 2 - 11 years shared a bed with parents, THB 800/An extra bed as requested.
• Children aged from 12 years require an extra person as an additional charge at THB 800/night (An extra bed as requested No Breakfast)
• Children aged from 12 years require an extra person as an additional charge at THB 1000/night (An extra bed as requested with breakfast)

+ A child aged between 0 -5 years old stay for free breakfast (shared bed with their parents)

+ A child aged from 05-12 years old charges for breakfast at THB 300 (shared bed with their parents)

+ A child from 12 years old considered as adult will be charge for an extra person as THB 1,000 (An extra bed with breakfast)

**All request for an extra bed NO breakfast at 800 THB/room/night

It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms.

We are a small building with 3 storeys in the old town area. If you are traveling with family, the adjoining/ connecting rooms are not available at our property. We do not guarantee that the rooms can be next to each other or not. (It's subject to availability) However, we will try our best for your stay!

DAILY OPERATION TIMES & FACILITIES:

Check-in > start 14.00 - 00.00 hrs.

Check-out > Before 12.00 hrs.

Receptionist is 24 hrs. service.

Breakfast is open 07.00 - 11.00 hrs. at Grandma’s house.

Complimentary coffee from 07.00-14.00 hrs. at Grandma’s house.

Housekeeping is available from 09.00 - 17.00 hrs.(Room cleaning)

Swimming pool is open 07.00 - 20.00 hrs.

ROOM CAPACITY:

The room package is for 2 persons each room for an additional person as follow;

0-1 year old > Crib (cot) by request: Free

2-11 years old > An extra bed by request : THB 800 per child per night.

12 + years old > An extra bed by request : THB 1000 per person per night with free breakfast

**Only one extra bed can be added for all room types**
