Extra Person & Child Policy

1. Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. An extra charge of 1,000 THB per night per adult applies, with or without an extra bed.
   
   **Extra beds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis**
   
2. Children aged 7 to 11.99 years:
   >>500 THB per night when sharing an existing bed (includes kid’s breakfast).
   >>1,000 THB per night if an extra bed is required (subject to availability, includes kid’s breakfast).
   
   
3. Infants aged 0.1 to 6.99 years stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed (includes kid’s breakfast).

Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Rate

   > Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate are fully non-refundable. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances

2. Best Available Rate ( Flexible Rate)

>For bookings made under the Best Available Rate, free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival.
>Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total stay.

No-Show Policy:
          >In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged in full (100%).

Hotel Rules & Regulations

1.Smoking, durians, and mangosteens are strictly prohibited. A fine of 5,000 THB will be applied for violations.
2.Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the check-out process.
3.A 1,000 THB deposit per room per stay is required. It can be paid in cash (THB or other currencies) or by credit card (except AMEX).
>>Cash deposits will be refunded immediately upon check-out.
>>Credit card deposits may take up to 14 business days to be processed, depending on international banking policies.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items, we do not guarantee their recovery. Any found items will be kept for a limited period, and unclaimed items may be disposed of at our discretion.
