Extra Person & Child Policy

1. Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults. An extra charge of 1,000 THB per night per adult applies, with or without an extra bed.
   
   **Extra beds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis**
   
2. Children aged 7 to 11.99 years:
   >>500 THB per night when sharing an existing bed.
   >>1,000 THB per night if an extra bed is required (subject to availability).
   
   
3. Infants aged 0.1 to 6.99 years stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed (includes kid’s breakfast).

Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Rate

   > Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate are fully non-refundable. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances

2. Best Available Rate ( Flexible Rate)

>For bookings made under the Best Available Rate, free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival.
>Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total stay.

No-Show Policy:
          >In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged in full (100%).

Hotel Rules & Regulations

1.Smoking, durians, and mangosteens are strictly prohibited. A fine of 5,000 THB will be applied for violations.
2.Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the check-out process.
3.Kluen Restaurant opening hours are 07:00–11:00 and 12:00–21:00. The ready-to-drink menu is available 24/7
4.Excursions: We offer excursion services at special prices. Please contact the front desk at any time for details.
5.Damage & Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of amenities and valuables in the room during their
stay.
6.Children Policy: 0–6.99 years: Free of charge, 7–11.99 years: 500 THB per night when sharing an existing bed, and 12 years and above: Considered an extra person, 1,000 THB per night (with or without an extra bed).
7.Deposit Policy: A deposit of 1,000 THB per room per stay is required, payable by cash or credit card (except AMEX).

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items, we cannot guarantee recovery. Found items will be kept for a limited period, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of at our discretion.
