A baby cot is available free of charge for infant under 4 years old.
Complimentary daily buffet breakfast for children aged 0 - 3.99 years old, and supplement charge for children aged 4 - 11.99 years old at THB 275.- net per child per night when sharing parent’s room and utilizing existing bedding.
Maximum 2 children each room allowed which the 1st child sharing existing bed and 2nd child, compulsory on extra bed fee per night.

Room Rates are inclusive of Tax and Service Charges.
Supplement charge for an extra bed is THB 1,200 net per adult per night and THB 900.- net per child per night (Inclusive of daily buffet breakfast).
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment to be paid in advance equivalent to total room nights booked for the entire stay to get the confirmed reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1 November - 23 December: Cancellations made less than Seven (7) days prior to arrival date is subject to 100% of total room charge.
24 December - 10 January: Cancelled Cancellation made less than Twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date is subject to 100% of total room charge
11 January - 31 March: Cancellation made less than Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date is subject to 100% of total room charge.
1 April - 31 October: Cancellation made less than Seven (7) days prior to arrival date is subject to 100% of total room charge.
NO-SHOW & EARLY DEPARTURE:
A 100% charge for the full length of stay will be levied accordingly.
REFUND POLICY:
On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between thirty (30) – forty-five (45) of working day to show refund back on your bank account or credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc.
DEPOSIT:
The hotel shall require for a deposit at THB 3,000 per room per during stay. In order to cover incidental charges (Room Service, Losses, Breakage or Other damage) during stay.
