Hotels are not allowed the children with the age lower than 1 to stay in the hotel

The Guest must be followed the following conditions and rule
1.    All the guests need to be register with Thai ID card and or Passport upon arrival of check in 
2.    Guest can check in after 12:00pm and Check Out no later than 1pm 
3.    Late Check in after 7pm, the guests need to contact the owner for check in process
4.    Room can only be used by the guest who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
5.    Smoking is prohibited in the room fine with 2,000 thb 
6.    Durian is not allowed to eat in the room 
7.    Deposit 500thb keycard will be paid upon check in and will return to the guest after check out
8.    Any lost of damaged the keycard, the guest will be pay for 1,500 thb for the penalty 
9.    No cooking is allowed in the room and a fine of 2,000 thb will be punished
10. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room in the event that house rules are not allowed.
11. Following your check out, a routine inspection of the premises was conducted. Unfortunately, we discovered damage that occurred during your stay, specifically the bathroom door, blank sheet, bed amenities will be pay
for penalty according to the list. 
12.  Wifi Internet is available for free to the guest
