* Check-in: From 3:00 PM
* Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (no later than 12:30 PM). A late check-out fee will apply after 12:30 PM. 
* Your reservation will be confirmed only after full payment is received within the specified payment period. A booking confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours after payment.
* Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained. We have designated pet-friendly rooms, and additional pet fees apply.
* Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the outdoor areas surrounding the villas. A cleaning fee of THB 2,000 will be charged for any violation.
* Guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages; however, the limit is 1–2 bottles, as alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase at the resort.
* We offer dinner service and have a designated dining area for guests. You are welcome to bring ready-to-eat food from outside, but we kindly ask that you help keep the area clean and dispose of all waste properly.
