2. Two-Bedroom green view, Two-Bedroom Sea view, and 3 Bedroom damage deposit is THB 4,000

- Utilities Charges Water THB 55 / 1 cubic meter Electricity THB 7.5 / 1 kwh.
- 50% security deposit of one month rental
