· The extra person charge is THB 1,500 per person per night inclusive of breakfast. (The sofa bed is provided).
· Child aged 12 years old up or older is subject to Extra Person Charge.
· Children less than 4.99 years old sharing the accommodation/bed with their parents get complimentary basis with Daily breakfast as per number of maximum occupied guests in each room types as state in the rates table above (an extra bed is not provided).
· Children between the ages of 5-11.99 years old sharing the accommodation/bed with their parents are charged daily breakfast at THB 400 net/child, maximum two child allowed stay as per occupancy allowed on above (The sofa bed is not provided).
· Children between the ages of 5-11.99 years old charge THB 750.- per person per night include daily breakfast as per number of maximum occupied guests in each room types as state in the rates table above (the 1 sofa bed is provided).
A baby cot can be provided complimentary upon advance request and subject to availability.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time at noon 12:00
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card(s) at check-in.
Prepayment policies vary according to offers, please check what conditions apply to your preferred room after entering your preferred travel date.
Hotel accepts credit card payment and reserves rights to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A security deposit of THB 3000 or US 100 by cash only per room per stay is required upon arrival for incidentals. The security deposit may increase for long-term stays (30 nights or more).
The security deposit is refundable upon check-out after inspection of the accommodation. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay for all losses and damages incurred by the guest during the period of stay.
The hotel doesn't take responsibility for any valuables and personal belongings in case of things lost, stolen, or destroyed during the period of stay.
PAYMENT
Please present your credit card with the same one when you made the booking, otherwise we have to charge full amount upon arrival with any payment method then we will refund previous charged.
