Children aged 11 and under stay free when sharing a bed with an adult.
For children 12 and over, they are charged at the adult rate.
No extra beds are provided in any case, for either children or adults.
Each room can accommodate a maximum of one child, except for the Superior Twin room, which cannot accommodate any children. Due to its two small beds, the Superior Twin room cannot support additional guests.
Terms and Conditions
1. Check-in & Check-out :
Check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 12:00 pm
Early check-in is available but depends on availability.
No refunds for early check-out.
Advance notice is required for late check-in.
Late check-out incurs an additional fee.
2. Damage Deposit / Key Deposit :
A THB 500 damage deposit is required at check-in, payable in cash.
The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out after a property inspection.
3. Child Policy :
Children aged 12 and above will be charged at the adult rate.
A maximum of 1 child is allowed per room with parents.
4. Extra Beds :
Extra beds are not available for adults in any room type.
5. Extra Guests :
Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. If your room is already occupied by 2 people, additional guests are not allowed.
