We are continually modifying our cancellation policy in order to provide you with as much flexibility and planning convenience as possible.
Our policy is subject to local legislation and changes that apply to the legal entity of the hotel.
For customers making new bookings at non-refundable prepaid rates, the hotel will enable the reservation to be modified at no charge up to 24 hours after it has been issued. (Please realize that any modifications may be subject to rate differences.)

Terms and Conditions
There are no commissions for group reservations or events.
We have the right to decline or amend bookings if it seems that a customer has participated in fraudulent or improper conduct, or if the reservation contains or arose from a mistake or error.
Our online rate is changing dynamically, which has no effect on already confirmed reservations. The tariff of all valid confirmed reservations is fixed and cannot be modified.
At check-in, the original credit card used to reserve the room must be shown. Failure to present the original card may result in the guest's check-in being denied or a request for immediate cash settlement upon check-in.
