1. Each room accommodates 2 people: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

2. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, and durians and pets are prohibited within the building.

3. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash with no additional fees. Credit card payments incur a 3% service charge.
