Child age 0 - 2 years old, stay free, no extra bed and breakfast 

Child age 3 - 6 years old, breakfast 300 THB. net per person per time.

Child age 7 year old and over consider as an adult, breakfast 400 THB. per person per time.

Extra Bed  : Price 1,500 THB. including breakfast per person per time.

**All meals will be served at guests’ room.

1.     The reservation will be counted after the full payment has been made.

2.     After proceed the reservation, please check your mailbox and swipe down to attach your payment slip within the specified time. The reservation will be cancelled if the payment slip was not found within the specified time.

3.    Kindly check spam/junk box if you cannot find the reservation email.

4.    Check-in time: 2PM – 8PM    Check-out time: 11AM (late check-out will be charged 400THB/hour)

5.    Price included breakfast.

6.    Breakfast time: 8.00 AM – 10.00 AM serve at the restaurant only 

7.    Dinner time: 3.00 PM - 9 PM ( kitchen last order at 20.30). Serving dinner at your room,the package is take away. 

8.    500THB will be charged upon check-in for key deposit and will be returned when guests check-out.

9.    Each room has limited guests per house. Extra person will be charged for 3,000THB per night.

10.   A 0-6 years old child will not be charged (No extra bed and food).

11.   Children 7 years old will be charged as adult price (price include extra bed, breakfast).

12.   2 Children less than 6 years wiil be charged as 1 adult (price include extra bed, breakfast).

13.   A Childe less than 6 years who can stay with parents no extra bed, no food won't be chareged (preparing food for adult only) 

14.   NO pets allowed

15.   NO smoking within the room area. Smoking is allowed only in the smoking area.

16.   Loud noise is not allowed after 10PM.

17.   People who do not make a reservation at THE CAMPIAN will not be allowed to enter the property due to other guests’ privacy and safety.

18.   Bathtub area is an open area, designed for stargazing and enjoying the mountain view and may not be very private.

19.   Guests can travel to THE CAMPIAN by car or motorcycle. It will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes (70 kilometers) from Chiang Mai city/airport to THE CAMPIAN.
