• One child age between 0 – 11.9 years stays free when using existing bedding (excluding breakfast).
• Optional child breakfast is THB. 150 net per meal.
• Child age between 0 – 3.9 years is free of charge.
• Maximum 1 child sharing room with parents is permitted in each room.

General Terms & Conditions

• Advanced deposit payment will be charged at time of reservation.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
• A damage deposit of THB. 500 in case is require upon checking in.  This amount will be fully reimbursed upon check-out provided there is no damage or loss of items.
• Guests must present an identification document upon check in every time.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
• Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website. In cases of refund, the amount will be partially refund deducting any necessary fees and shall be refunded via the original method of payment.
• Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
