Complimentary ABF for children between 0-6 years old.
Children between 7-12 years old complusory ABF @150 THB net when sharing bed with their parents.
The third person who is over 12 years old will be compulsory on Sofa Bed set up @1,500 THB net per room per night which including breakfast.

Welcome to Riva Vista Riverfront Resort Chiang Rai. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Reservation Deposit
A full deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3. Smoking & Pet Policy
The resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Durian, sticky foods, and strong-smelling items are prohibited.
4. Room Occupancy
Rates are based on two persons per room. Additional charges apply for extra guests.
The Family Suite rate includes breakfast for 4 persons.
5. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. The resort reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred.
6. Personal Belongings
The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
7. No Party Policy
Parties or events are not allowed within the premises without prior approval from the management.
8. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
The resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
