Child & Extra Guest Policies
Child Policy
Children under 12 years old stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with parents (breakfast not included). This is limited to a maximum of 1 child per room.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults for guest capacity calculations.
Maximum Occupancy & Extra Guests
The total number of guests in each room must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for that room type.
Extra Person (No Extra Bed): If the number of guests exceeds the standard capacity, an additional charge of THB 500 per person per night will apply (breakfast and extra bed are not included).
Extra Bed Conditions
Extra Bed: Available for adults or older children at an additional charge of THB 800 per bed per night (breakfast included).
Certain room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please verify the specific room conditions before booking.
Extra beds are limited and provided upon request, subject to hotel availability upon arrival.
Hotel Policies & Rules
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: From 14:00 hrs.
Check-out Time: By 12:00 hrs. (noon)
Late Check-out: Please inform the resort at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-out is subject to room availability and prior approval by the resort.
12:00–16:00 hrs.: 50% of the room rate
After 16:00 hrs.: Full one-night room rate
2. Reservation & Payment
A reservation is confirmed upon 100% payment or full payment according to the applicable booking conditions.
Room rates and booking conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Room rates and promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.
3. Date Change, Cancellation & No-Show
The check-in date may be changed once, provided that the resort is notified at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Date changes are free of charge and subject to room availability on the requested date.
Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.
In the event of a No-Show, the resort reserves the right to retain the deposit or room payment, which will be non-refundable.
4. Occupancy & Extra Person
Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy specified for each room type.
Any additional guest must be informed to the resort in advance.
Extra Person: THB 500 per person, including breakfast.
Extra Bed: THB 800 per bed, including breakfast.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the room.
5. Guest's Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings resulting from the guest's failure to take proper care of their possessions.
Guests are advised to keep valuables in a secure place and not leave them unattended.
6. General House Rules
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor areas.
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
A THB 1,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the guest room.
No Cooking
Cooking is not permitted inside guest rooms.
Stoves, cooking equipment, or electrical appliances intended for cooking are not permitted inside guest rooms.
Quiet Hours
Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment and avoid making excessive noise that may disturb other guests.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00 hrs.
Damage to Resort Property
If any resort property is damaged, broken, or lost by a guest, the guest will be responsible for compensation based on the actual value of the damage or property, as applicable.
7. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms.
Guests must inform the resort in advance before arrival if they wish to bring a pet.
A pet fee applies according to the room type and applicable conditions.
Guests are responsible for their pets and for any damage, additional cleaning, or disturbance caused by their pets.
8. Right to Refuse Service
The resort reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave the resort premises if the guest violates the resort's rules, causes disturbance or inconvenience to other guests, damages resort property, or engages in any unlawful activity.
Any such action will be taken as appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws.
