Hotel Policies

• Check in time : from 14:00 hrs.
• Check out time : before 11:30 hrs. (The hotel may allow an early check in and late check out is subject to room availability.)
• For security purposes, guest will be asked to provide a valid government ID. The holder of the credit card used to secure the room  must be present at the time of check in. The use of a credit card in someone else' name will not be accepted.
• Third party credit card payment - A non - guest wishing to pay for a guest must complete an Authorisation Approval form and e-mail completed form 7 days prior to guest's arrival.
• Smoking is strictly not allowed inside guest rooms.
• No pets allowed policy.
