CHILDREN, OCCUPANCY & BEDDING POLICY

All children are warmly welcome at the villa. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, please kindly review our child, occupancy, and bedding policy below.

Infants (0–5 years)
Infants stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

A baby cot / crib may be provided upon request and is subject to availability.

Children (6–11 years)
Children stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Guests Aged 12 Years and Above
Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged at the adult rate.

Extra Beds
Extra beds are not available at the property.

Maximum Occupancy
• Villa 1 Bedroom: Maximum 2 guests
• Villa 2 Bedroom: Maximum 4 guests

Please note that maximum occupancy includes all children and infants.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Occupancy & Guests
The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Unregistered guests, parties, and gatherings require prior approval from management.

3. Security Deposit
A THB 5,000 security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any charges, damage, loss, or excessive cleaning during the stay. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

4. Damages & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. Additional charges may apply.

5. Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Smoking cannabis/marijuana is strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel property, including inside the villa and all outdoor areas.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs inside the villa.

6. Parties & Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. Violation of this policy may result in termination of the stay without refund.

7. Guest Conduct
Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any conduct that disturbs other guests, staff, or neighbors is not permitted. Guests must respect the property and surrounding community.

8. Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property unless approved in advance by management.
