3. Resort shall not be held responsible for any loss of guest's valuable items and/or personalproperty. Safety deposit box is available free of charge in your room. I agree to pay allcharges incurred by me during my stay.
4. Deposit will be returned upon check-out after deducting damage or incidental charges, ifany.
