- Children under 4-11 years old sharing existing bed with parents is charge Baht 150 net included American breakfast. (Pay direct to hotel upon arrival)
- Children 12 years old and over sharing room with parents need extra bed with extra bed charge.

- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Late check-out after 11:00 hrs , 20% charge per hour from room rate.
- Late check-out after 15:00 hrs , 1 full night charge.
- Daily American breakfast.
- Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
- All the room rate are in Thai currency (Thai Baht)
- Accept cash only in case of any credit card payment, the 3 % of additional bank charge is customer's responsibility

Deposit & Balance Policies:
- The 10% of total balance will be charged by Hoteliers.Guru and The 90% of remaining balance will be charged by hotel.
 - In order to cancel your reservation in this promotion can be refundable. We reserve the right to deduct 10% administration fee from total deposit amount. The refundable amount can be returned to your credit card within 14 to 45 days from the cancellation date or depending on the bank's policy only.
