• Children from 0-12 years old stay for free when using existing bed with adult (no extra charge).
• Children from 13 years old considered as adult and Extra Bed is required.
• Child extra bed 1,111 THB per person per night (pay at hotel)
• A baby cot needs to be requested directly with the property 5 days in advance. Additional charge 625 THB per night.
• Adult extra bed price 1,389 THB per person per night (pay at hotel)
• A security deposit of THB 20,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

• Check in: 15:00 hrs.

• Check out: 12:00 hrs.

Rental Rates include

* Apartment check-in/out, cleaning, change of towel & bed linen once a week.

* All apartments have fully equipped kitchen appliance with Fridge, Built-in Grilled Microwave,

Built-in Oven, Ceramic Hob & Island extractor fan.

* All prices are sales in Thai Baht and included 7% VAT.

* Children under 12 years old no extra charge if share existing bed.

* Guest pay for water & electric used, meter will be read prior to -

client taking occupancy and prior to departure.
