Terms and Conditions
1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, unless the hotel has agreed a firm room allotment. The number of rooms’ allotment will be review after there month/base on room materialization.
2. Group Cancellations / No show charges are applicable as detailed below. In case of cancellation written notice must be received by hotel. In the event that this written notice is not received as stipulated and in the event that there is a no-show at the Hotel FIT /Group the following charges are applicable without exception.
Low/High Season - 3 days(2 nts charge or 100% of stay if less than 2 nts booked)
3. Cut- Off Date : for Allotment/FIT/ group or series booking High/Low Season - 3 days
4. Early Check In-Out Unused room night is not refundable for early of departure unless notice is given to the hotel at least 72 Hrs. prior to arrival. Extension of stay is subject to space and rate availabilities.
5. Check-In time Confirmed room will be available for occupancy after 14.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
6. Check-Out time It is 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability on the day of check-out and the following charge may be applied: prior to 18.00 Hrs.-50% room rates and thereafter a full nightly charge.
7. Term of Payment All payments are to be made in form of Bank draft, Bank notes, Money order or Telegraphic transfer. Unless credit has been established with the hotel full pre-payment for all booking at least 14 days prior to arrival permanent. Room not guaranteed by full pre-payment may be subject to cancellation by the resort. Accredited agents are to settle full payment within 30 days, upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments exceeding 30 days, are subject to 2% interest based on the total invoice for every 10 days of late payment.
8. Force Majeure Cause By signing of the Agreement, the Hotel shall not be liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly occurred by or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots, and Acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
9. Bank charge and transfer fee The Hotel does not accept responsibilities for the payment of bank charge or fees causing from the transfer of money from your account to our bank account. Any such fees or charges are the responsibilities of the Company and cannot be deducted from the payments.
