Children Policy

•  The hotel provides complimentary baby cot (subject to availability)

•  Child below 5 years old may share their parents' suite at no extra bed charge. 

• Children aged 6–11 years can share the existing bed with parents free of charge, limited to 1 child per room (no extra bed provided). If there are 2 children aged 6–11 years, the second child will be charged THB 100 per night.

 • Children aged 12 years and above can share the existing bed with parents at an extra charge of THB 200 per night (extra person / no extra bed). If an extra bed is required, an additional charge of THB 400 per night will apply. An extra bed is available only in Deluxe Room type.

•   A charge of full amount is required to guarantee a reservation of this reservation.

•    No-show and late cancellation are subject to a full payment charge of the total amount

•    Amendments are subject to room availability. You will be charged for the incremental amount should there be any difference in the rates. Although it is unusual, if there is an event of lower rates, there will be no refund to you.

•   Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in time for the amount of your stay plus an amount to cover any incidentals.

•   Hotel check-in time is at 14:00 Hrs. To guarantee early check-in, guests need to book one night in advance.

•   Hotel check-out time is at 12:00 Hrs. noon. To guarantee late check-out until 16:00 Hrs. an additional charge 150THB/hour. / To guarantee late check-out after 16:00 Hrs. a full day charge of normal suite rate is applied.
