Payment Policy

All reservations must be secured with a 100% deposit of the total room rate after the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, early departures, or no-shows, 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

If a refund is applicable:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
Any transaction or payment processing fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount.
Domestic bank transfers made directly to the hotel’s Thai bank account (not via an online payment gateway) will be refunded in full with no deduction of bank fees.
If an international bank transfer is required for the refund, the transfer fee will be the responsibility of the guest and will be deducted from the total refund amount. (Only if applicable)

Refund processing may take approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
