Cancellation Policy:
Guests must inform the company at least 15 days prior to the arrival date if they wish to change the service date or make any other additions.
We reserve the right to not refund a deposit in the event of a cancellation or No-Show, with no exceptions. There will be a 50% fee for any changes made to the original booking date, which must be informed to the company 15 days prior to arrival.
If you reduce the number of rooms or people receiving services without notifying the company in advance, the company reserves the right to collect the service fee in full of the original amount.
Cancellation due to COVID-19 related:
If you have a positive COVID-19 test, you will need a note from a medical doctor as proof that you are unable to travel. You will be allowed to keep your credit for 90 days from your original check-in date.
You can redeem your credit directly with the resort to pay for your new booking. One amendment may be allowed. However, amendments are subject to room availability and new rates may apply.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the outbreak of Covid-19 and preventing you from travelling, with proof of government restriction, we will refund your deposit 100%.
If you cancel your booking, you will be refunded 30% of the total amount charged.
