- One child under 0-6 years stays free of charge without Extra Bed.

- Any additional persons are charged THB 700 per night for Extra Person (Exclude Breakfast).

- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

- Breakfast is THB 300 per person.

- All bookings cancelled notice more than 3 days before the date of arrival,

no fee will be charged.

- All bookings cancelled notice less than 3 days before check-in date, the

first night will be charged.

-In case of no-show 100% of the total booking will be charged.

-No prepayment is needed.
