Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation Guarantee
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Guests are required to present the same credit card used at the time of booking upon check-in for verification purposes. The hotel reserves the right to cancel unguaranteed reservations.

3. Rates and Taxes
All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government VAT, unless otherwise specified. 4. Identification Requirement Guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.
5. Special Requests Special requests (e.g. bed type, high floor, connecting rooms) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Non-Smoking Policy All rooms are non-smoking. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied if guests are found smoking in the room.
7. Pet Policy Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the room package or with prior approval from hotel management.
8. Damage and Incidentals Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. A credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit may be required upon check-in for incidentals.
9. Force Majeure The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
