Any bookings made through Resort Official Website under non-refundable policy, your credit card will be charged a prepayment by the resort anytime. Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit on the future payment date.
Please be aware that after a booking has been made, it is not possible to apply any PromoCode to that booking at later time.
Please note that during low season (1 April - 31 October) all services are available for a limited time.

A compulsory New Year Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 31 December Every year. The Gala Dinner prices are set and based on the standard occupancy of their room types. In case of any extra persons or guests sleeping in extra beds, they will be additional charged separately. However, the resort has the right to withdraw the gala dinner feature that is included in the room price without prior notice.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may applied.
Please be informed that Lanta Sand Resort & Spa requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The property can decide to pre-authorise your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the resort. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the resort directly.
