Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by High Tree Resort.
A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to guarantee your booking.
Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate plan and booking channel. ( Non Refunable )

No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to charges in accordance with the reservation policy.

Alcoholic beverages are not served on the property.
Nature & Environment
High Tree Resort is surrounded by natural wetlands and tropical greenery. While we maintain the property regularly, guests may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife as part of the natural environment.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
Any damage to resort property caused by negligence or misconduct may be charged to the guest.
Liability
The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safety deposit box for valuables.
Force Majeure
High Tree Resort shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used solely for reservation and guest service purposes.
