Each room can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. An extra bed for the third guest, including breakfast, is available at THB 650.

Hotel rules and regulations

- Check-in : 15.00 onward / Check-Out : 12.00
- Late check-out policy : 100 baht per hours with the maximum of 2 hours or 14.00 p.m (later than 14.00 p.m. would be a full day charge)
- Breakfast begins at 07.30 am - 10.00 am (Last order 9.45 am)
- All room type are only for 2 persons (Third persons would be charged for an extra bed at 650 Baht, breakfast included)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room and bathroom. Violating the rules would result in a fine of 3,000 baht per room.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please do not bring food and drinks to the residency beachfront zone for environmental preservation and to prevent disturbing other guests due to the balcony for "sea-view room" are located right at the beachfront zone.
- Cooking is not allowed. Fine 5,000 baht.
- No durian & mangosteen allowed in the hotel premises. Fine 3,000 baht.
- Common Area (Swimming Pool) //Open daily at 7.00 a.m - 20.00 p.m.
  Please wear a swimming suit before using the swimming pool in the common area. Casual clothes / cotton made are prohibited.
  Drinking and eating around or on the poolside are not allowed in order to protect water contamination please. 
   As it is the common area, creating a party or any activities which might disturb other guests will not be allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
