Maximum guests allow in room 4 Pax: 

2 Adults + 1 child + 1 infant: Included daily breakfast for 2 Adults. Children age 4-11.99 years old share existing bed with parents have to pay extra breakfast. Extra bed is on request and subject to availability, If guest require an extra bed, the charge of extra bed rate will be charge. Children age 0-3.99 years old, free of charge. 

3 Adults: Included daily breakfast for 2 Adults, Extra charge is required for 3rd person Adult, Bed and Breakfast is included.

 Extra Bed (Adult/Child)

• Extra beds including breakfast, maximum at one person subject to availability at the time of making a reservation.
• Extra bed in High Season at THB 1,500 inclusive of breakfast.

• Extra bed in Low Season at THB 1,500 inclusive of breakfast.

• Children under 12 years old get a 50% discount on an extra bed. (Except PEAK Season)

 CHILD POLICY

       -    Baby cot for child under 3.99 years old is free of charge. (Subject to availability)

       -    Child 4 – 11.99 years old who sharing bed with parents without extra bed, will charge breakfast 50% from adult rate which is Baht 275.-net/child/meal.

       -     Maximum 2 children sharing room with parents; the first child sharing bed and another child add an extra bed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All rates including are net per room per night, non-commissionable, based on single or double (twin) occupancy and inclusive of breakfast.  Extra bed based on single inclusive of breakfast. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and other applicable tax. Meal Rates defined exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages. Should there be any change in government tax during this contracting period, the resort reserves the right to adjust the contract rates accordingly to reflect the change. The above rates are subject to space availability.  Group rates are available upon request and depend upon space availability.
