•   The rates are special promotions and are non-refundable (refundable rates are about 20% higher)

•    No-show and late cancellation are subject to a full payment charge of the total amount

•    Amendments are subject to room availability. You will be charged for the incremental amount should there be any difference in the rates. Although it is unusual, if there is an event of lower rates, there will be no refund to you.

•   Amendments within 14 days of the arrival date are not allowed

•   Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in time for the amount of your stay plus an amount to cover any incidentals.

•   Hotel check-in time is at 14:00 Hrs. To guarantee early check-in, guests need to book one night in advance.

•   Hotel check-out time is at 12:00 Hrs. noon. To guarantee late check-out until 18:00 Hrs. a half day charge of normal suite rate is applied. / To guarantee late check-out after 18:00 Hrs. a full day charge of normal suite rate is applied.
