About The Resort

Craft Resort & Villas is a Thai-style hotel. To promote our traditions and culture, we integrating Thai-style wickerwork-like pattern into the design of the hotel, giving the look and feel of the genuine Thai traditional style.

The Origin

Wickerwork or furniture generally made of bamboo or rattan. The shape and pattern vary from country to country, depending on the terrain, available material, and the occupation of the local people. The bamboo or rattan that comes out in a thin line is called ‘Tok’. Now that the villagers brought ‘Tok’ together to create the desired pattern, we called it ‘San’. By using the process above to create a different shape and finally, the container can be used as needed.
