Child policy, all our villa are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children;
-From 0-3 years old, free of charge with breakfast (sharing existing bedding with parents).
-From 4-11 years old breakfast will be on additional charged at THB 360 per day (sharing existing bedding with parents). In case of sofa bed set up the charge will be THB 1,500 per day, regardless of child age.
-From 12 years old and above will be additional charged at THB 4,000 per day, including breakfast and one extra mattress, applies.
-Maximum one extra mattress can be placed in all villa room types
Terms and Conditions
Check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is 2 p.m. and check-out time is no later than 11 a.m.
Late check-out: costs check-out after 11 a.m., it costs 10% per part hour, and if check-out is later than 4 p.m. it will be charged the equivalent of a one night.
Requested for early check-in & late check-out will be handled by the receptionist and based on the hotel availability at the time of check-in.
Early check-out is subjected to non-refundable. The resort will not be responsible for any refund. (Nonrefundable for all reservations after check-in).
