check in/check out
check in is between 3pm and 7pm and check out is from 8am till 10.30am

There a 2000 baht cash incidental deposit to be paid upon check in per room.
This is reimbursed upon check out after our housekeeping team have checked the room.
we, have also the right to charge for any misconduct where any policy has not been followed.

Only registered guests at the time of checking into the hotel and at the time of completing the hotel registration for are
called registered guests.

Guests property

we, can not be responsible for guests property their safety boxes in the bedrooms please make sure all valubles are put into the safety box.

Access to the hotel
you will have 24 access to the property.
Payment
Any balance outstanding on departure from the hotel must be paid in full before leaving.
Parking
No on site parking facilities avaiable there off site parking.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the garden cafe from 9am til 10am. where it was added in your room rate at the time of your
reservation. For early departures we can arrange breakfast to go in your room.
The night before. This will be needed to be arranged the day before.

Non smoking policy

Banyan House is strictly a non smoking property. However  there smoking facilies at the gate entrance.

 All guests rooms inside, balconies are non smoking.

A special cleaning fee will be livied by the property in instances where this policy is not adherd to and paybale prior to departure.

 Reservations

To secure a booking there a prepaymnet required on the confirmd reservation.This will be refunded according to the rate you chooses at the time of your reservation.The person making the reservation is responsible for all costs.

Room Price
All the room prices include VAT where applicable, All rates published are valid at the time of booking.
And are quoted In Thai baht. Per room per night and for the number of people and dates as selected previously.
Cancellations
All confirmed reservations are non refundabel including early check out. no show, 

CCCTV

The building is equiped with 24 hours recording cctv in public area for the safty and security of our guets and premisises.

Vistors

For hotel regulastions the owners muxt be informed prior to any vistors arriving.

vistors must have left the prooerty by 10am.
