Terms and Condition
By booking a room at the Banyan House Samui B+B you are agreeing that all your members of your party agree to our bound terms and conditions detailed below. your reservation You will be sent a confirmation voucher on your reservation date. from your online agent and from Banyan house samui B+B( Adults only) where applicable.

Arrivals and Departures
Rooms are available from 3pm to 7pm from 3pm you will have access to the property. Please leave your bags at the drop of point and return back for the check in from 3pm. please do not ring the bell before the check in times classified from 3pm til 7pm. As we are busy preparing the rooms for arrival and in house guests. if no show within the check in hours the booking will be cancelled with full booking amount charged. .

Check out on the day of departure is from 8am till 10.30am. Please kindly clear all outstanding folios by 10.30am. Additional late check out cost will be add

There is a 2000 baht cash security/incidental/ misconduct deposit to be paid upon check in to be paid upon check in per room this is reimbursed upon check out once the room has been inspected.

We have the right to charge for any misconduct where any policy has not been followed. Only registered guests at the time of checking into the B+B and at the time of completing the hotel registration are called guests. We do not allow joiners or friends to enter the property or bedrooms. For security and well-being of residential guests.

Safety box
please put all the valuable items in the safety box provided in the rooms.

Misconduct
if any time during your stay or upon check in there there is unacceptable improper behaviour or unprofessional manner. Or where the policies have not been followed the reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave from the property and the full reservation amount will be charged. Included using any drugs.

Housekeeping
We provide a light housekeeping service daily from 10am til 12noon. If you require your room to be serviced please place the clean room signage on the door handle.

Cannabis/Marijuana
weed smoking cannabis is not allowed in the property or designated smoking area/ public area. if any smoking of cannabis is detected by the property management or staff The reservation will be canceled immediately and reported as misconduct. If there is any smell in the bedrooms a cleaning fee will be charged of 5000 baht and reported to the police.

Footware

Please do not wear any shoes inside the property or bedrooms. As this is a Buddhist religion please respect the country's rules.

Garden/terrace
We have a common garden and terrace. Please do not smoke on the terrace or garden.

Drinks
You're welcome to consume your drinks in the privacy of your own bedroom. Please do not consume your own drinks in the garden cafe or public areas. We provide a fridge with cold drinks for payable consumption.

Takeaway foods
please use the dining table provided in the two common areas. The table at the front window is for seating purposes only. Please do not eat or drink

Keys
On check in you will be issued a set of keys which opens your Bedrooms, front gate, front door. There is only one set of keys per room type. It is up to each guest to manage this. It's your responsibility to ensure the safety of your set of keys at all times and return the keys upon check out. if at the end of stay at check out failure to do so there will be a fee of 2000 baht. Per set of keys.

Toilet
Please do not put any toilet tissue sanitary bags down the toilet bins provided in the bedrooms.

luggage please use the drop of luggage point at the breakfast bar. you can leave the luggage there and return back to pick up your luggage. at the small gate. As we are not always at the property and busy during the peak times for the check in/check out.

Smoking
We operate a strict no smoking policy throughout the building and bedrooms it against the policy to smoke in the building. Out of fairness to the in house guests and to maintain our integrity as a clean and non smoking establishment. Please do not smoke in the bedroom or public area. if we deem there to be a smell of smoke the reservation will be canceled and there will be a fine of 5000 baht. Please note that this includes vaporisers and e cigarettes.

Price
We operate a dynamic pricing system which means our room prices are "fluid" and can vary according to demand. All prices are correct and subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may change at any time without prior warning or notice but cannot be amended once booked.

There parking available outside the property for scooters/ cars

Breakfast
The Breakfast cafe is open from 9am til 10am please order one day in advance. 

Room Price
All the room prices include VAT where applicable, All rates published are valid at the time of booking.
And are quoted In Thai baht. Per room per night and for the number of people and dates as selected previously.

CCCTV

The building is equiped with 24 hours recording cctv in public area for the safty and security of our guets and premisise.
