Bania Boutique House – Rules & Regulations

1.      Check-in time: 02:00PM

2.      Check-out time: 12:00PM (Additional fees for late check out)

3.      Check-in age restriction: 18+ years old

4.      Early check-out (before 07:00AM) must be informed upon check-in or before 09:00PM

5.      Breakfast is THB200/person and is available on advance order

6.      No refunds once a room has been reserved and paid for

7.      No children under 12 years old

8.      No smoking allowed in the room and indoor area

9.      No extra bed offered. Extra person charged: THB500

10.  Uninformed extra person will be charged: THB1000

11.  No pets allowed

12.  NO KEYS. Room is entered by 6-digits password (Guest D.O.B.: DDMMYY)

13.  Electricity card to be left in the room. Kindly take off the card from the socket once out of the room

14.  All items to be left undamaged within the room (Additional charge for any damage)

15.  Illegal items and activities are strictly prohibited at the property
