The hotel allows a maximum of one child to stay in addition to the room’s standard occupancy when sharing existing bedding.

• Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with adults. A baby cot is available free of charge, subject to availability, and should be requested in advance.
• Children aged 4–11 years stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with adults; however, breakfast is not included and will incur an additional charge.
• For bookings with breakfast included, breakfast for children aged 4–11 years is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately at the hotel upon check-in.

If an extra bed is required, it is subject to availability and additional charges. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance or select an additional adult during the booking process.

Please note that when sharing existing bedding, in-room amenities are provided according to the room’s standard occupancy.

Standard Terms & Conditions
All reservations are subject to availability unless the Hotel has confirmed a room allotment. A reservation is considered complete only upon written confirmation by the Hotel.

In the event that the Hotel is unable to provide the reserved accommodation, it will arrange alternative accommodation at another hotel of a comparable standard at its own expense. In such cases, the Hotel shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations.

Payment Policy
All accommodation and services must be paid in Thai Baht (THB).

The credit card used for the booking must be valid for the entire stay, and the name on the credit card must match the guest’s name. Guests are required to present the same credit card used for the booking and a valid photo identification upon check-in for verification. Acceptable forms of identification include a passport for foreign guests or a national ID card for Thai nationals.

For security purposes, if the credit card cannot be presented upon arrival, any prepayment will be refunded to the original card, and a new payment will be required.

The Hotel reserves the right to perform a pre-authorization or charge a nominal amount (e.g., THB 1) at any time after the booking is made in order to verify the credit card.

 
Occupancy & Extra Person Policy
The hotel allows a maximum of 2 persons per room.
Exception: The Family Jacuzzi Room can accommodate up to 3 persons per room.

The above occupancy limits apply to existing bedding only and do not include additional guests with an extra bed.

Extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges.

Breakfast Policy
Rates for additional guests follow the booked room rate plan.

If the booked room includes breakfast, breakfast is mandatory for any additional guest and cannot be excluded.
If the booked room is room only, breakfast for additional guests is optional and available at an additional charge.
 
Arrival & Special Requests
Guests are advised to inform the hotel of their expected arrival time in advance.

Any special requests should be indicated in the reservation form or communicated directly to the hotel using the contact details provided in the confirmation.
