Terms and Conditions
All Rates are in Thai Baht, inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% applicable Government Tax and 1% Local Administrative Tax.
Rates are based on Single, Double OR Twin occupancy.
Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Extra charge for 2nd child of THB 500 per night (including breakfast)
All bookings must be guaranteed by major credit card.
Credit card details are required to guarantee a reservation.

Deposit & Balance Policies:
The 10% of total balance will be charged by Hoteliers.Guru (Non-Refundable) and The 90% of remaining balance will be charged by hotel.
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check in.
For the cardholder's protection, If the cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on the presented card and the pre-payment will be credit back to the original card.
