> Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate are fully non-refundable. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted under any circumstances
Best Available Rate ( Flexible Rate)
>For bookings made under the Best Available Rate, free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival. >Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the total stay.
No-Show Policy: >In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount will be charged in full (100%).
Hotel Rules & Regulations
1.Smoking, durians, and mangosteens are strictly prohibited. A fine of 5,000 THB will be applied for violations. 2.Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Please allow at least 10 minutes for the check-out process. 3.Kluen Restaurant opening hours are 07:00–11:00 and 12:00–21:00. The ready-to-drink menu is available 24/7 4.Excursions: We offer excursion services at special prices.
