Payment: Please complete your payment within 3 hours of booking. If payment is not received, the system will automatically cancel your reservation.

• Check-in: 14:00 – 21:00 (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Check-out: By 12:00 (12:00 PM)
• Prohibited: No pets, no smoking inside the rooms, and no gambling or illegal activities on the premises.

3 or more days before arrival

• Credit Card: 95% refund.
• Bank Transfer: 100% refund (Free of charge)

2 days before arrival:

• 50% charge of the total price.

1 day before or on the arrival date:

• No refund (Non-refundable).
