• One child under 10 years old stays free of charge when sharing the existing bed with parents or guardians (maximum 1 child per room).
• A second child or any additional guest will be charged according to the extra bed policy, subject to availability.

Reservation Confirmation

• A reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received and valid proof of payment (transfer slip or payment confirmation) has been provided.

Payment Policy

• Full payment (100% of the total booking amount) is required to confirm your reservation.

Extra Beds

• Extra beds are subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. Additional charges apply.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms. A cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

Property Damage

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged where applicable.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained from Varni Homestay.
