Rules & Policies

1. Check in / out , Deposit and refund

1.1 cash deposit of 2,000 baht for 2 bedrooms and 3,000 baht for 3 bedrooms villa. Pay cash when pick up the key. Refundable when check out with no damage and losses of items.

1.2 Check in after 2.30pm /Check out is before 11 am. Late check out will be charge 1000 baht per hours ( please call to let is know)

2. Occupancy & Service

2.1 Room capacity shall be strictly observed. An additional amount shall be charged in excess of maximum occupancy.

2.2 The kitchen is open 6am-9am and 4pm-9pm.

2.3 Quiet time is after 11 PM 

3. Damage and losses of resort’s property

3.1 Inventory- please do not remove inventory items. Do not take furniture indoor to outdoor. Do not move furniture from one room to another. Any items missing from a unit inventory or any damage and losses of items inside the villa belonging to resort  will be charged to the room occupant.

3.2 stains and damages - please avoid staining indoor furniture. Ink stains or stains from cooking. Replacement / damages cost of stains linens i.e. bed sheets, pillows,blanket, curtains, sofa ,towels will be charged to the guest accordingly. Also avoid or sitting on indoor furniture with wet swimsuits.
