• Child age 0-5 years old : Free of charge when sharing existing bed with including breakfast.
• Child age 6-11 years old : Free of charge to sharing existing bed (With extra charge for breakfast)
• Child age 12 years old and elderly considered as an adult.

- Check in time : 14.00 PM
- Check out time : 12.00 PM
- Can accommodate 2 adults per room and 3 adults if booking with an extra bed.
- The hotel collects Hotel deposit of 200 baht/room on the check-in day and will return it on the check-out day.
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. If you violate this, the hotel  charge a fine of 2,000 baht.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the room. If you violate this, the hotel charge a fine of 2,000 baht.
- Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing existing bed with parents and receive 1 breakfast set (no extra bed)
- Children between 6 – 11 years old, the first child can share bed with parents and receive 1 breakfast set at half price (no extra bed). The second child must add an extra bed at the normal price
- Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed (additional charge 300 baht / night)
- Please keep noise levels low and avoid causing disruptions in the hotel.  if noise complaints arise. Hotel reserves the right to refuse guest services without issuing a refund. 
- No outside visitors are allowed in the accommodation area. Violation of this rule will result in the hotel ceasing accommodation services without issuing a refund for the room fee.
- If the hotel finds illegal activity within the hotel The hotel reserves the right to provide room service. Stop providing accommodation services without refunding the room fee.
- Should guests cause damage to any equipment in the room, the hotel requests authorization to charge the corresponding amounts as specified in the equipment price list posted within the room.
- If a guest forgets or loses personal property within the hotel, the hotel will not be held responsible for any such items.
