• Child age 0-5 years old : Free of charge when sharing existing bed with including breakfast.
• Child age 6-11 years old : Free of charge to sharing existing bed (With extra charge for breakfast)
• Child age 12 years old and elderly considered as an adult.

Terms and Conditions

- Check-in time: 14:00 hrs.
- Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
- Each room can accommodate up to 2 adults. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed if booking with an extra bed.
- A security deposit of THB 200 per room is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
- Pets are strictly not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of THB 2,000.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of THB 2,000.
- Children under 6 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents and receive one complimentary breakfast set (no extra bed).
- Children aged 6–11 years old: The first child may share an existing bed with parents and will receive one breakfast set at 50% of the adult price (no extra bed). The second child must reserve an extra bed at the standard rate.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and must reserve an extra bed at THB 300 per night for standard rooms, or THB 400 per night for suite rooms. Breakfast is not included.
- Please maintain a low noise level and refrain from disturbing other guests. In case of noise complaints, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
- Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted in the accommodation area. Violation of this rule will result in termination of the stay without refund.
- In the event that illegal activities are found within the premises, the hotel reserves the right to cease accommodation services immediately without refund.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss of hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to charge compensation according to the itemized price list provided in the room.
- The hotel shall not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended or misplaced within the premises.
 
Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival : 100% charge applies.
- No-show: 100% charge applies.
