• Children at age 0-6 years old complimentary ABF
• Children at age 6-12 years old required 250 THB net for ABF when sharing bed with parents.
• Third person at any age above 12 years old required to reserve an extra bed at 800 THB per night, breakfast is included. 

Additional charges can be paid at hotel reception. Extra bed is subject to availability and required to reserve in advance, please contact reservation team to reserve before make a booking.

Check-in & Check-out:

• Check-in: after 15:00pm and before 11:59pm on day of arrival
•  Check-out: before 12:00pm on day of departure

To secure any booking we require a full amount deposit to be paid in advance.
Deposits are only refundable under the conditions set-out here within.

Payments can be made online by digital bank transfer or cash deposit.

Smoking
Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is only allowed in designated areas as sign posted throughout the accommodation grounds. In-door and balcony smoking are not allowed in every area.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners.
