Accommodation & Dining

•   Meals: All meals will be served in guests' rooms unless otherwise specified.

•   Breakfast: Included in the price. Served from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

•   Dinner: Available from 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (last order at 8:30 PM). 

•   THE CLOUD, restaurant onsite open daily 7.00 AM – 9.00 PM

Reservations

•   The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been made.

•   After completing the reservation, please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for confirmation. Attach your payment slip within the specified time, or the reservation will be canceled.

Check-in/Check-out

•   Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

•   Check-out: By 12:00 PM. Late check-out will incur a THB 400/hour charge.

Deposit & Charges

•   Key Deposit: THB 500, refundable upon check-out.

Children Policy

•   Ages 0–3: Stay free of charge.

•   Ages 4–9: Stay free when using existing bedding. NO extra bed: THB 500 (includes breakfast).

•   Ages 10 and above: Charged at the adult rate. Extra bed: THB 1200

•   Additional Notes:

         Maximum one child per room stays free without an extra bed. For additional children, contact us in advance.

          All children must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.

Pet Policy

•   Pets are welcome for Honeymoon only.

First pet: Free. Second pet: THB 300. Third pet: THB 500.

Smoking & Noise

•   Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, allowed only in designated smoking areas.

•   Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Visitor Policy

•   Non-reservation holders are not allowed on the property to ensure guest privacy and safety.

Bathtub Area

•   The bathtub is in an open area designed for stargazing and enjoying mountain views. It may not offer complete privacy.

Travel Information

•   Guests can reach THE CAMPIAN by car or motorcycle. The property is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes (70 kilometers) from Chiang Mai city/airport.

Cancellation & Modification Policy (For Online Reservations)

•   No Refund Policy: Cancellations are non-refundable.

•   Refundable Policy: Can be refundable before 15 days arrival date

•   Reservation Change: Guests may change their reservation date once only.

Change requests must be sent at least 15 days before the check-in date to thecampian.chiangdao@gmail.com.

•   No-show Policy: Failure to check in on the reservation date will result in cancellation with no refund.
