2. General Conditions

Children under 12 years of age stay free in existing bedding with parents, compulsory surcharge for breakfast at THB 200. 

Extra bed is charged at THB 1,200 net per adult per night/at THB 600 net per child per night with breakfast included. 

Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

Late check-out policy – From 12:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. a late check-out charge at 50% of accommodation’s daily rate will apply. After 18:00 hrs. an additional night charge will apply.  

Max 1 extrabed per room

A baby cot is available with our compliments upon request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your use of this reservation system service is expressly conditional upon your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions then you must not use the service as by using the service you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

1. Agreement with the Reef Resort

The service allows to check out the accommodation and availability of rooms, and then you can book on-line for the selected period. The accommodation agreement will be governed by the present terms and conditions (including policies for modification and cancellation of your reservation).

Pet Policy - No pets allowed to enter the Resort.

3. Reef Resort Prices

The prices indicated for the rooms are valid for one room and one night, exclusive of packages. Breakfast is included. All rates are in Thai Baht and included 7% government applicable tax. 

4. Payment

It will normally be necessary for you to provide credit card details (see 6(iii) below as to security measures) to secure and guarantee the room reservation. The credit card will then be used by the Reef Resort for payment including in cases of no show, cancellation or change to the reservation, as described in the cancellation and changes policies.
