FAMILY OFFERS AND CHILD POLICIES

• Extra adult charge as 1,200 baht per person per night including bed and breakfast
• Extra child (under 12 years old) charge as 600 baht per person per night including bed and breakfast
• Baby cot for infant (0-4 years) shall be supplied free of charge
• Please be requested at the time of reservation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

Check in time is 15:00 hours (local time) and checkout time is 12:00 hours (local time). The rooms confirmed as reserved will be available for occupation by the guest at the check in time on the date of arrival until check out time on the date of departure.

General Hotel Policy:

All reservations must be a damage deposit of THB3,000 and return on departure date

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card

For Non-Refundable booking, Advanced deposit payment will be charged at time of reservation.

For Flexible Policy, Deposit payment will be charged before arrival as per policy.

For security reasons, the same credit card used to secure the booking must be presented at check-in. The name on the credit card used to secure the booking must also match the name of the person checking in. If you are looking for someone else, please contact the hotel reservation directly before making the booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website.

Rates are charged in Thai Baht currency. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
