- The rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night, inclusive of service charge and taxes.

- Check-in time 14:00 - 18:00 hrs. and check-out time 7:30 - 11:00 hrs.

- Front desk service 7:30 - 21:30 hrs.

- Housekeeping service 7:30 - 21:30 hrs.

Boat Transfer Policy:

- The hotel DO NOT have boat transfer or staff standby at the pier.

- If you would like to book boat transfer. Please book 2 days in advance prior to check-in date and please inform arrival / departure details (i.e. place & time to pickup).

Notice for Guests :  During high season period from November 1st. to April 30th. , pick up service ( check-in only ) from Phi Phi pier ( Tonsai pier ) to hotel by long tail boat , please , inform us your ferry departure time , departure point ( ferry from Krabi , Lanta , Ao - Nang  , Lipe ,etc. ) and arrival time at Phi Phi pier. 

Deposit/ Balance / Credit Card:

- 20% Deposit is required once booking is confirmed (Deposit is Non-Refundable).

- Major international credit cards accepted Visa, Master Card only.

- In order to guarantee your reservation a credit card number with its holder name and expiry date is needed.

- Reservation will be held until 16:00 hrs. unless a flight detial has been notified or deposit has been given in advance.

- Please note that **in case of any submit the remaining by credit card, the 3% of additional bank charge will be apply.**
